BIPSS – ICRC jointly organized a three day workshop on International Humanitarian Law (IHL). Resource persons for the workshop were drawn from ICRC Geneva and expert community in Bangladesh. It focused on the major and critical issues of IHL. This was a certificate awarding workshop.
