Women: Empowerment & Education

BIPSS Lecture Club on the topic ‘Women: Empowerment & Education’ was held recently. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Rubana Huq, Vice Chancellor, Asian University for Women. The event was attended by several distinguished diplomats, scholars, defense personnel, academics, and other dignitaries.
