Strategic Stability in the Indian Ocean

President BIPSS, Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd), attended an international conference on ‘Strategic Stability in the Indian Ocean’. The conference was jointly organised by the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) and the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and was held at the IORA headquarters in Port Louis, Mauritius.
