“Rohingya Crisis: Policy Options and Analysis”.

BIPSS has released a special report on Rohingya crisis titled, “Rohingya Crisis: Policy Options and Analysis”. The report has been authored by Aparupa Bhattacherjee, Project Associate at National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS) at The Indian Institute of Science (IIS), Bangalore.

Rohingya crisis has created immense pressure on densely populated Bangladesh in various aspects including but not limited to the economy, demography, and security. The politicisation of the issue may further complicate the problem let alone solve it. In order to address the issue, a strategy focusing on regional cooperation and collaboration is needed.
