President Speaks at Police Staff College
President BIPSS, Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd). delivered a lecture on ‘SAARC Region – Security and Threat Landscape’ at an international training course on ‘Transnational Crime – SAARC Perspective oragnised by the Bangladesh Police Staff College on 19 March 2014.
The training course was attended by senior and mid level officers of Police and other law enforcement agencies from the SAARC member states. General Muniruzzaman’s presentation deliberated on the key traditional and non traditional security challenges confronting South Asia and a way forward.
