President BIPSS Addresses Global Governance Crisis at 8th NTS-Asia Annual Summit
President of BIPSS Major General ANM Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd) attended the 8th NTS-Asia Annual Summit held in Singapore . His presentation was titled “Global Governance in Crisis: Implications for Non-Traditional Security.” He highlighted that fractured multipolarity, institutional paralysis, and weakening adherence to international norms are eroding the effectiveness of global governance. He also discussed how political fragmentation, resource diversion, and norm erosion are directly shaping Non-Traditional Security risks across climate, global health, cybersecurity, and human security domains. He concluded that inclusive, accountable, and adaptive reforms in global governance are essential to manage rising Non-Traditional Security challenges effectively.
