Major General A N M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd), President, Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) and Chairman, Global Military Advisory Council on Climate Change (GMACCC) delivered a lecture on ‘National Security Policies in South Asia: Issues and Challenges’ for the MPPG 5th batch students.
