Escalation Dynamics : A Study of the Ukraine War

BIPSS recently conducted an in-house Security Lab on ‘The Fog of War: 48 Days After the Invasion of Ukraine’. The event was moderated by Major General ANM Muniruzzaman ndc psc (retd.), President of BIPSS. The Kyenote presentation was given by Mr Sean Ryan McCafferty on “Escalation Dynamics : A Study of the Ukraine War”.

The session was attended by distinguished dignitaries including senior diplomats, academics, journalists, and scholars. The panelists showed keen interest in the presentation given by Mr.Sean Ryan McCafferty, BIPSS Research Assistant. The keynote presentation was followed by a lively discussion.
