Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) has recently published its regular newsletter, the second and last edition of the year 2017. Last year, BIPSS celebrated its 10-year journey as a security think tank. The newsletter provides an overview of some of the activities that BIPSS accomplished over the past few months.
