Roving Ambassador of Finland to South Asia visited BIPSS

H.E. Harri Kämäräinen, Roving Ambassador of Finland to South Asia visited BIPSS on 17th November, 2019. The Ambassador had a lively discussion with the BIPSS research team led by President, BIPSS, on various regional, strategic and security issues. He also discussed on possible cooperation between organisations of Finland and BIPSS.
