President BIPSS attended the 3rd South Asia Think Tank Forum in Kunming, China

President BIPSS, Major General A N M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd). attended the 3rd South Asia Think Tank Forum in Kunming, China last week. The theme of this year’s forum was The New Silk Road with the concept of Belt and Road [BAR]. General Muniruzzaman was one of the key note speakers in the forum’s opening plenary session.

His address at the forum was focused on the strategic implications of the Belt and Road. The forum was attended by heads of all major South Asian think tanks and senior Chinese scholars and policy makers.
