BIPSS to Study Climate Change and Human Security

President BIPSS Major General A. N. M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc, (Retd.) recently spoke at an international Maritime Conference on the Role of Maritime in WMD Transportation and Global Supply Chain Security in Rome, Italy. He was invited by the National Maritime Intelligence integration office of the USA. The Conference was attended by US and NATO members and the panels were composed of subject specialists.
