“Recently, on occasion of Aero India 2021, the Department of Defence Production under the Ministry of Defence of India published a commemorative book, “An Ocean of Opportunities: Enhanced Peace, Security & Cooperation in the Indian Ocean” where BIPPS’ president, Major General ANM Muniruzzaman ndc psc (retd.) contributed a chapter titled “IORA: Building Maritime Cooperation”.
