BIPSS – CLAWS Collaboration

The threat of insurgency is a real security concern for many nations around the world including South Asia. In the series of joint research commentaries published by BIPSS and Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS), the current issue looks at different aspects of counter insurgency. Ms. Marjuka Binte Afzal, from BIPSS, writes a commentary on “Smart Counter Insurgency: Integration of Technology in Operations.” Major General (Dr) P K Chakravorty, from CLAWS, has authored a commentary on “Insurgency As a Spoiler: South Asian Context.” 

It may be mentioned that BIPSS and CLAWS, think tank of the Indian Army, are currently engaged in an active research collaboration with multiple activities.
