Bangladesh: Our Youth, Our Future
Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies recently organised another Policy Café at The Westin Dhaka, on the topic of ‘Bangladesh: Our Youth, Our Future’. The event was moderated by Major General A N M Muniruzzaman ndc psc (retd), President of BIPSS. The invited discussants for the policy dialogue were Mr. Mithun Das Kabbo, Founder and CEO of Alokito Shishu and Bushra Altaf Chowdhury, Content Manager of Masthead PR.
With the panel also accommodating speakers from a younger demographic, the Policy Café discussion created a very vibrant dialogue enlisting thematic concepts like the introduction of the digital sphere, education system and its underlying realities, crippling unemployment, exposition of youth towards terrorism etc. and the necessary participation and policy formulation for a more inclusive society.
