President BIPSS Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd) was invited to speak at the Shangri La Colloquium 2018 in Colombo. This yearly flagship event of the Institute of National Security Studies Sri Lanka (INSSSL) focused on key issues of national security. Eminent experts from Asia and Europe presented their papers at the colloquium. INSSSL is a premier think tank in Sri Lanka under the ministry of defence. It may be mentioned that General Muniruzzaman is a Distinguished Fellow of INSSSL.
