The 5th Yunnan – Bangladesh Forum will be held in Kunming, China

The 5th Yunnan – Bangladesh Forum will be held in Kunming, China later this week. This track 1.5 Forum was initiated by BIPSS and is held yearly in alternate capitals. A four member BIPSS delegation led by President BIPSS Major General A N M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd), will take part in the Forum and other bi lateral meetings in Kunming. Hosted by YDRC of the Yunnan Government, the focus of this years Forum will be on people to people to contact under the strategic umbrella of Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

BIPSS delegation will also attend the Yunnan – Bangladesh Cooperation Dialogue at the Yunnan Academy of Social Science (YASS). The major focus of the dialogue will be closer relation and cooperation between the two countries. President BIPSS will also hold bi-lateral meeting with President of YASS on issues of mutual interest of the two organisations.
