BIPSS President Addresses NTS Conference in Singapore

President BIPSS Major General A N M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd) attended Non Traditional Security (NTS) Annual Conference in Singapore. It was arranged by NTS – Asia, a network of NTS experts and institutions. He also presented a paper in the Conference titled ” Waves of change: Navigating non-traditional security dilemmas in the shifting geopolitical order”. The Conference was also attended by organisations and experts from all countries in Asia.  It may be mentioned that BIPSS is a founding member of NTS  – Asia.
