President BIPSS Speaks on Maritime Silk Route

President BIPSS, Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd). recently attended an international conference on the ‘Maritime Silk Route’ organised by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences [CASS]. General Muniruzzaman presented a paper at the conference titled ‘The 21st Century Maritime Silk Route: New Hopes and Opportunities’. The conference was attended by delegates from over 50 countries from around the world.
