President BIPSS speaks at Xiangshan Forum, China

President, BIPSS was invited by Xiangshan Forum to speak at a conference held in Beijing from November 20, 2014. Xiangshan Forum is the highest level security policy conference in China and is being attended by Defence Ministers, Chiefs of Defence Forces and security experts from different countries of the world. It may be mentioned that President, BIPSS presented a paper in the forum on “The Emerging Security Architecture in the Asia-Pacific Region”
