President BIPSS Speaks at EU Conference in Brussels

President BIPSS Major General A.N.M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc, (Retd.) recently spoke at the European Development Day Conference (EDD 12) in Brussels. EDD is considered as the flagship event of EU, a ‘Davos’ of the field of development. General Muniruzzaman spoke at the High Level Panel on Disaster Risk Reduction in the Age of Climate Change.
