President BIPSS on South Asian Security and Governance, 26th to 30th November 2013

President BIPSS, attended and spoke at a conference on ‘South Asian Water Security and Governance’, in Kathmandu from 26th to 30th November, 2013. The conference focused on the critical issues of water scarcity, sharing of trans-boundary River and wider management of the Himalayan basin.
The Conference was hosted by World Bank and Department for International Development (DFID).
