President BIPSS, Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd) recently led a 4 member delegation from BIPSS to attend the 5th Yunnan – Bangladesh Cooperation Dialogue held in Kunming, China. The dialogue was hosted by Yunnan Development and Research Centre (YDRC) of the Yunnan Provincial Government and BIPSS. Held annually since 2009, Yunnan-Bangladesh Cooperation Dialogue has emerged as a key track 1.5 forum for deliberation on comprehensive cooperation between Bangladesh and China. The Forum also focused on bilateral cooperation between these two institutions on various research agenda.
