President BIPSS Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd) attended the Bangladesh – Myanmar Track 1.5 Dialogue in Singapore. This on going series of dialogue is an important process of contact between the two countries. BIPSS delegation to the dialogue also included Mr Raian Hossain, Research Associate.
