President BIPSS delivered Keynote Speech at an International Conference on ‘Conflict and Environment’ in Stockholm, Sweden

President, BIPSS Major General Muniruzzaman [Retd] has been invited to deliver the keynote speech at an international conference on ‘Conflict and Environment’. The conference organised by the Swedish Defense Research Agency (FOI) was held in Stockholm, Sweden from 15-16 October, 2014. His speech covered various aspects of environmental issues related to stability operations and crisis management. General Muniruzzman is the current chair of the Global Military Advisory Council on Climate Change During this visit he spoke at other leading think tanks in Sweden.
