Conference Report on “Afghanistan Beyond 2014: Implications for South Asia”

BIPSS has published an International Conference Report on “Afghanistan Beyond 2014: Implications for South Asia”. The conference organized by Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) was held in La Vita Hall of Hotel Lake Shore in Gulshan with active participation from strategists, intelligentsia, academic, political figures, media personalities, NGOs and youths from universities and related professional fraternity. Some representatives of governmental agencies also attended the conference. Insightful presentation from experts on each relevant aspect of Afghan situation and its implications aroused great interest among the audience. A lively Q & A session followed each presentation. Live twitting of the core points mentioned by the speakers as the conference progressed and the instant reactions on Twitter from different corners of the world were highlights of the conference.
