The Third Phnom Penh Forum

President BIPSS, Major General ANM Muniruzzaman (Retd), was invited by the Royal Academy of Cambodia as a Distinguished Speaker at the Phnom Penh Forum. It was organised by the International Institute of Cambodia and brought together delegates and participants from many countries. In his address to the forum, President BIPSS focused on the dramatic changes reshaping the international system and its consequences for regional and sub-regional systems. It may be mentioned that Gen Muniruzzaman headed the post-election UN Mission in Cambodia and oversaw the transition from conflict to peace.
