President BIPSS, Maj Gen Muniruzzaman (Retd), attended the Annual Summit of Non Traditional Security – Asia (NTS – Asia) in Singapore. The NTS – Asia Consortium includes leading universities and policy thinks tanks from across the Asia – Pacific region and works on the whole range of non traditional security issues facing the region. It may be mentioned that BIPSS is a founding member of this important consortium. General Muniruzzaman presented a paper at the NTS Summit on ‘Climate Geo-Engineering : It’s Implications and Policy Options’.
