President BIPSS attended The Policy Dialogue on “Paris and Beyond- The State of Climate Change Diplomacy”

President BIPSS, Major General A N M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd) attended The Policy Dialogue on “Paris and Beyond- The State of Climate Change Diplomacy” in Seoul, Korea. The dialogue was attended by senior diplomats, policy makers and experts from many countries. General Muniruzzaman is also the Chairman of ‘Global Military Advisory Council on Climate Change (GMACCC)’ and presented a paper at the dialogue titled “Road to Paris: The Diplomatic Angle of Understanding Climate Security.”
