BIPSS President Speaks in Peace and Security Conference in Pristina, Kosovo

President BIPSS Major General A N M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd) was invited by the President of the Republic of Kosovo to speak at the 3rd Women, Peace and Security Conference in Pristina, Kosovo. The conference was attended by heads of state, ministers, policy makers and experts from all over the world. Gen Muniruzzaman spoke at the conference on the New Security Code for this Century, focusing on the interface between security and technology that is reshaping the nature of conflict.
