BIPSS President Participates in High-Level Delegation Visit to Germany

President BIPSS, Major General A N M Muniruzzaman, ndc, psc (Retd), was invited by the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung to join a delegation from South Asia on a visit to Germany. The visit mainly focused on the functioning of democracy and human rights in Germany. As part of the visit, the delegation held meetings with several government ministries and organisations. Besides Berlin, the delegation also visited the historic city of Nuremberg and interacted with a number of civil society organisations. BIPSS has partnered with several German think tanks and institutions over the years for joint research and events. It has also participated in conferences held by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
