BIPSS President Interview on bbc Bangla in 2013

Reuters interviewed BIPSS President Major General Muniruzzaman on the current political situation in Bangladesh, which has been published in Bangla Newspaper, Manab Zamin.

Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) will hold an eminent person lecture/ roundtable on Role of NATO in New Security Order on 12 May 2010 at Sheraton Hotel, Dhaka. The key note will be presented by H.E Anders Christian Sjaastad, former Defense Minister of Norway. President of BIPSS Major General ANM Muniruzzaman (Retd.) and other experts from the region will be present at the roundtable. They will have an elaborate discussion and will share their valuable views and suggestions on the subject.

Recently NATO has introduced New Strategic Concept where new security issues like environment, terrorism, cyber threat, refugee etc have been included. This roundtable aims to discuss on the present and possible role of NATO in this new security order.
