Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary Ms. Donna A. Welton Visits BIPSS

Ms. Donna A. Welton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Programmes and Operations, Bureau of Political and Military Affairs at the US Department of State recently paid a visit to Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS). She called on the President in his office and discussed issues concerning regional security and U.N. peacekeeping operations.
