On Sunday 18 January 2015, BIPSS hosted a roundtable on ‘The State of Democracy and Governance in South Asia’. The keynote paper was presented by Dr. Frederic Grare, Director of the South Asia Programme at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP), a renowned global think tank based in Washington DC. The roundtable was moderated by President BIPSS, Major General Muniruzzaman (Retd).
