Bangladesh Institute of Peace & Security Studies (BIPSS) has recently initiated a joint project with Konrad Adanauer Stiftung, Germany on “Climate Change and Non -Traditional Security Threats”. The project explores Climate Change Impact and Human Security Condition in Bangladesh in the fields of - Food Security, Water Security, Livelihood Conditions etc. The project will follow a rigorous research methodology including field Survey, lecture series, expert level meetings and workshops and end with submission of results in a national conference.

BIPSS will host a lecture on the 7th of March as part of their joint project with KAS. The lecture will be delivered on "Climate Change & gender Vulnerability" by renowned climate change advocate Mrs Hasna J Moudud, Senior Fellow, Harvard University Asia Center. Leading professionals from a variety of backgrounds will attend the lecture. This page will be updated as more news becomes available.
